At Xixi Beauty, we are committed to providing high-quality press-on nail products. We understand that customer satisfaction is of utmost importance. However, due to the handmade nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, most products cannot be returned once shipped.

Please provide clear photos of the issue along with your order details. Once we confirm the problem, we will offer the following options:

 Replacement: We will send you a new set of press-on nails free of charge to replace the defective product.
 Full Refund: If you do not wish to receive a replacement, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method used at the time of purchase.
